True, that can happen. But ex-OSL they kick me out even when the curtain stays. When I was moved from 5C to 27B the purser apologized and offered to move me back to the completly empty row 5 (only 3 rows of C). He also showed me a printout that showed that I had requested 5C but been checked in to 27B and told me he was baffled that they had moved me...
