On my last 4 LH flights (LHR<>CGN and LHR<>FRA), their IT system has always assigned me a middle seat for some reason. (I didn't even remember that they existed; I have not been given a middle seat since... well I don't recall actually. )

Luckily I have always been able to check in on-line early enough to pick an available window seat. (The last time 8A was available, but the system had given me 8B anyway. )

At first I thought that it had to do something with the LHR-CGN being flown by bmi, but I had the same problem on the LHR-FRA LH flights. (And yes, in my profile I have "Window seat" correctly set.)

Anyone having the same problem the last few weeks?
