Sheraton Columbia,SC - Don't have the specific dates; but 2 seperate instances in late January, and late February. Received an upgrade once, had service issues both stays. On the last stay, I invoked the service promise due to room service issues. (I had ordered from room service 3 times over two days, and all 3 times there were serious problems with the order, delivery times, etc. Was promised 500 bonus starpoints by the front desk; HAVE NOT SEEN THEM!
SO MUCH FOR THE SERVICE PROMISE. They "promised" me 500 points for my trouble, then they force me to call up the hotel and "harass" them for what was promised to me. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.
