This has been a longstanding glitch in their system.

I just attempted to cancel a redemption booking. Went through all of the steps just fine and said everything was okay. A couple of days later when I signed in, the reservation still displayed as active. Of course, when I went to MMB, the cancel option was greyed out.

So I had to call them.

Ugh.
