For those that have traveled out of LAX, when does the transportation company first call you ? One day before ? Anyone have any experience with calling them up ?

They will call one day before. No use calling them before that because they will not have a record for the pick up. EK will give them the PAX list one day in advance (which is why miles upgrades to J within 24 hours of departure usually do not get the limo service).

The company will call and schedule the pick up. You should make the car request at that point.
