I've been PC for years and quite honestly it is a joke. I often have cars in stalls that are further away than many "normal' members. My upgrades are pretty minimal - in fact generally I find that they are just using up cars that they didn't rent on PCs. Hertz's program in general is very lame (especially when compared with hotel or airline programs) and PC is mostly of no additional value.
