I have just completed an fight from PEk to YVR in Y class and I had my eyes open very much. When boarding no crew in Y to assist passengers to their seats. No beverage until meal one hour into the flight. No water offered durning the flight. I counted only 4 crew for all of Yl.

The only problem I have with flights is the amount of items individual are able bring to the plane. It then becomes a problem for the crew for storage.

How does someone start the enforcement of regualtions an prevent all these items from being brought on the aircraft?
