Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, both 17C and 17G are either taken or blocked at this point, the only available bulkhead seats in E+ are 17 DEF. Do you think bassinet can be attached there? Likewise, row 31 in E which is another location for a bassinet is completely taken or blocked.

$109 is not the issue, I would pay more to guarantee a bassinet on this flight, or would be willing to pay more for the infant ticket to have it, but it just doesn't seem to be an option. Would you choose LH given that they already given me the specific seat with a bassinet location? Unfortunately such a flight would involve an extra connection in Europe, so not sure which is the lesser of the two evils here.
