Does anyone happen to know if international employees can redeem them?

Actually, for that matter, does anyone know if NCE is real DL staff and not handlers? I've always assumed they were DL...

The certs say that DGS employees (Delta Global Services) are not eligible, but my understanding is that DGS is something different, right?
