I am staying at Leeds CP for a weekend break-have booked an advance rate double room with breakfast but thinking of upgrading to an Executive room at the hotel if that is an option-is this actually possible using cash, points or cash and points or are only complimentary upgrades given on an ad-hoc basis.

I would be interested to know the policy for all hotels not just this property as often would like to upgrade when only booked into a standard room when travelling on business.

Are the Executive Rooms good and is there an Executive lounge at the Leeds hotel.

Also any pointers or advice on this hotel from those that have stayed there would be good.
