If you have checked baggage, did it arrive within reasonable period of time? Not the first batch came out. Map working. PA in flight coming through the earphone. The gate at YYZ is a boxed in gate sharing with a US/domestic swing gate. The waiting area is very small and crowded. As we were ready to board, another flight arrived at the above mentioned swing gate, all pax form that flight has to exit using our gate. Those pax were pushing though the pax waiting to board. What a zoo.
