If you have checked baggage, did it arrive within reasonable period of time? Transfer to YUL. Map not working with this error message: "ASXi application currently unavailable". The enRoute magazine in the pocket is a well read, torn, coffee soaked March issue. The duty free catalogue was ripped, a few pages torn and in bad shape. The flight safety card (frayed, old, ripped) is like somebody picked it up from the garbage. Disgusting. AC stuff (blankets, I was told) occupied all the overhead bins for the last 3 rows where I sat. I have to put my carry on 4 rows ahead.
