Cancel booking "our system is not responding..."
I've been trying to cancel a (fully flexible, miles-based) booking for 2 weeks now and keep getting the "our system is not responding... please try again later" error after I enter my credit card number. I can do it by phone by it would incur even more services fees than they are already charging to cancel, and they don't care their website isn't working (just keep trying to pay the fee). Is there anyway to resolve this? It is driving me up the wall! This is unbelievable.
