Thumbs up @ T2, It's there...

The line to get out after getting your luggage runs perpendicular to the entrance to the Global Entry Exit. There is a sign that says Global Entry Exit, but two of those "velvet ropes" without the velvet ( ) are pushed together so that the people who are standing in line don't just queue up in our line. Just push the stanchions apart and walk up to the red line and wait to be acknowledged by the CPB officer and you're next in line. The line for everyone else meets at that spot separated by a rope, so you'll get bewildered looks from those that have been standing in line for an hour when you "cut" the line.
