I agree entirely.

I had a very poor cabin crew recently and the CSD - who I asked to speak with, pace advice offered on this board - didn't even pretend to be interested. Thankfully, this was a long flight with an intermediate stop and the second set of cabin crew couldn't have more different. Poor service and the underwhelming food and drink leaves only the larger bed. Whilst this is most welcome on a long overnight flight, it does fall somewhat short of what BA suggest passengers might expect.
