good to know. It was a sort of sewer/gas smell it did not seem to come from the food area but sort of in the background all around the lounge.
I have a sensitive nose I can smell gas when others do not have found gas leaks this way. This was not a natural gas smell though but more of a sewer gas smell. It put me off enough to leave after an hour but I was willing to put up with it for a while. there is no ventillation down there in the basement which does not help. I have to say it's the first time I've left an airport lounge because of the smell.
