Bizzare! If they hope to show that the airline should have checked the washrooms hourly how does this help them prove that LH caused the damages they are claiming?? Surely its nearly certain the Plaintiff would have been dead when discovered. I wonder where they are suing? If in Ontario then I'm wondering if that's the right place to sue a German airline for negligence occurring while in flight?
