An ideal gate agent would: (1) be completely honest about the UG list, including stating that he/she will come onboard (or notify the FA) to move eligible pax up to available F seat(s) when closing the flight; (2) enforce carry-on limits ... yes this would include standing up to DYKWIAs; (3) enforce boarding zones
