So, a few things to note.

I have been to this property a few times. Some for work, some for play. Last year I reported a phenomonal complimentary upgrade. I have always enjoyed my stays, but this last one was a little lacking.

We decided to take advantage of a weekend leisure rate of $99 at about 1pm on day of arrival. Grabbed kids after school for the 3 hour drive. Arrived, checked in with a new young lady working the elite check in area.

1. This property uses special keys for the regency club, she forgot to give me mine. which I realized after trying to get in.

2. I always take 1W, but since the boys were irritating, I had my heart set on the Ketel one vodka and mixers for the wife and I. They were not on the amenity card? Property told me they were removed?

Checked into our rooms, no problems, on the club level and appreciated the upgrade. In time for the end of appetizers and presentation of dessert. All were great. Only problem was a family of foreign decent. There were what appeared to be at least 2, possibly 3 generations with 3 kids between 2 and 4 years old. They were HORRIBLE. Running around everyone, laying on tables, reaching into food dished with their bare hands. When I politely mentioned it, the hostess said she was not allowed to say anything. The hostess mentioned it to them the night before and took a dressing down from the parents, who then complained to the front desk about the hostess. We elected to order room service. 3:4 meals were great, one kids meal (mac and cheese) was real bad, and this was from the kid that eats anything!

3. Breakfast, I would rather have no club as breakfast is just bad anymore. I dont quite recall, but I dont think there was anything hot, nothing. It really is bad lately.

4. Checkout was odd, both rooms were at $99. On checkout, they tried to change one room to $199. The lad was a little persistent, I pointed out that there was one confirmation number, both rooms were booked at the same time at the same rate. He was reluctant to change the rate, forcing me to dig the email confirmation out of my emails.

Rather irritating after dealing with the kid drama in the am.

Still like the property. Lots of great activities.
