Yes, I have done this several times for exactly the same reason. OLCI presents you with the opportunity to "reprint boarding pass" if you OLCI'ed earlier and did not print it out then.
The only limitation is that OLCI limits you to six check-in attempts. Obviously, you'd only use two (check-in earlier and then reprint later), but if you lose your subsequent five boarding passes, you might be out of luck printing another one.

As the others have mentioned, you can go back in and reprint your boarding passes. Alternatively, you can check in online and print out your boarding passes when you get to the airport.
Be aware that OLCI (including OLCI via mobile device) closes one hour before departure, so make sure to print (or, if on a smartphone, take a screenshot of) your BP via OLCI by then. Otherwise, you can print it at an airport kiosk (or from a ticket agent) up to 30 minutes before departure. After that, you're SOL unless you find a very compassionate ticket agent.
