Accidentally entered colleagues middle name instead of first - any hope?
All - I'm a frequent Delta/Southwest traveller, but I booked a colleague on United through an American Express travel hub. I accidentally entered his middle name in instead of his first name. We realized the mistake a couple days later when overlooking the email confirmation. I called United several times and have was blown away at the customer service? I'm sure the outsourcing of the customer service has many threads on here - but I'm wondering do I have any chance at changing the reservation to reflect his first name instead of middle? If so, what's the best way to accomplish this?
