Well, even a well placed BB can (and has) killed people. When deciding what would be my CCW firearm years ago, I settled on a 9mm Firestar after doing a lot of reading in the gun mags and talking to guys at the club. At the time it was a nice tradeoff in compactness to stopping power.
Nothing against the .22, though. I have a Ruger 22/45 that is a blast to plink with (you can’t beat the price of ammo

), but these disguise things seem like more of a novelty than something I would want to depend on, even as a backup.
