Thanks for the replies. I read about this challenge on the SPG forum last night and have sent an email requesting further details from the platinum liaison email address given, but no reply as yet...

I am trying to get into the Sheraton Houston West as that is near the highway that takes me to work and seems like a decent place, but rooms are often blocked and I am looking for a good rate.

Any leads at that property?
