I doubt the E135's will stay with the fleet long enough to justify painting them in Frontier colors. The E135's were relatively quick, easy, and cheap to acquire since there's so little demand for them. If the branded RJ fleet decreases, the E135's are most likely to go. If the branded RJ fleet stays relatively level, then E145's leaving CO* duties will probably replace them.
Chautauqua already did have one E135, and perhaps that one will stay in branded services even if the others go back to the lease holder. If so, maybe it will get painted. But other than that small possibility, I suspect those E135 will say Midwest until they leave service.
Hence the wisdom of sending an E145 to MBL and RHI/IWD on day one. The EAS bid allows them to use either E135 or E145, but they will have a steady diet of blue E135's for now.
