Does that apply to all Type B vouchers (that thread doesn't say)? The VDB voucher I'm looking at was issued less than a week ago, and it still has the "operated by UA/UX" restriction printed on it. That could, of course, be out of date, though.
It refers to VDB vouchers in the other thread. I'd hardly be surprised if UA's printed verbiage was out of date.
