Why don't you fly MUC-LHR-SYD? MUC is not that far away from INN (depending where you are staying in Tyrol it is only an hours drive).

You can check your luggage through and save the hassle of changing airports.

There is even an other Option: You could do INN-FRA(LH/OS)-SYD (QF).
QF is selling interlined tickets with LH/OS at quite reasonable prices.

I would hate to change between LHR and LGW.

There is no lounge in INN for any Airline. OS/LH Status Pax get a 5 Euro voucher. Do not know about BA.

The BA Lounge in MUC is very nice. QF uses the JAL-Lounge in FRA, which is OK.

BTW have fun skiing in Austria.
