I didnt stay in an Accor property for 12 months - mostly due to my company shutting down most travel last year to save money - and lost nearly 10K points. Then I changed jobs and stayed in a Mercure at 12.5 months from last stay. I wrote a polite letter via the email system to A-Club, and hey presto, within a week my points were restored with a nice email too.
Thank you A-Club. Your loyalty programe isnt the most competitive, of that I am sure, but you have always responded properly when I've contacted you.
