What specific W-ish characteristics are you looking for? Good attached nightclub? Nicer rooms? Hip atmosphere?
The "nicest" hotel in the Irving/Las Colinas area is the Four Seasons. Beyond that, you just have your standard chain hotels.
The other "boutique" hotels mentioned upthread are all good options... ZaZa in particular.
