I've stayed at the Westin Park Central, it's just a functional upmarket business hotel. Perfectly satisfactory, you just won't run into any hipsters.
Zaza, on the other hand, is very trendy, with a happening bar scene and funky rooms. I watched it go up, and it was built very cheaply... woodframe construction, just like a detached single family house, so I wouldn't expect a lot of soundproofing. However, this could be your ticket.
