I am trying to find out if I am just unlucky or if every one is experiencing similar issues as me. I have been a Long time 5 Star Member (8+ yrs, 25+ rentals) until making Presidents Circle last year. In the past 11 rentals this year I have received one upgrade. I book full size hopeful to get an upgrade and nothing. I now ask every time when I check in and the counter personnel look at me like I am crazy for asking? - Sorry no upgrades available is the standard answer; what am I doing wrong? I have called customer service to make sure my status shows up and it does. Just another poke in the eye was that the guaranteed availability only works if there are cars available, yes I was actually told this. I am not looking for an upgrade to a Prestige Collection car just a move from a Camry to a Grand Marquis.
