You'd think there would be a bus inside security, post-merger, but I can't find a reference to it.
Don't take the Inter Terminal Train, it takes longer than walking. The walk between terminals is less than 10 minutes; follow signs. Going through Terminal 1 security is 10 minutes, 15 minutes tops if you can use the elite lane, unless you hit a very unlucky time of day. The CO President's Club is outside security, so lots of us have this timed. The walk to the gate (bear right) is five minutes tops, less if you're stressed as you might well be.
