SPG has a wide range of properties in Asia while Hyatt has more focus on upscale market.

My first thought when I read your question was: Why are you trying so hard to go to another chain? Why not enjoy the HH Diamond while you have it. Really.

I'll sound like a broken record, but I'll repeat what others have said: Hyatt is only at the really upper end. Overall, it just has too few properties. Don't bother unless there is a particular Hyatt you have already picked out.
