You are not wrong. The description states:
Locate airport lounges Platinum Card members can access
...this has nothing to do with Regus. They do not operate airport lounges (conference rooms are available to rent through Regus at a handful of lounges operated by others). The application does include information about the AA, CO. DL and US lounges available to Platinum and Centurion cardholders, but it's embedded with in the Airport Guide feature.
