Whose account? You have to be logged in as the person for whom the ticket is assigned in order for it to show up. (ie I booked tickets for my wife and I for ISP-MCO. When I log in as myself, I can only see my ticket - not hers).
I was logged into my husband's account so I could book my Companion Pass ticket. I am the companion to my husband. My husband's reservation did not show up in HIS account until over three hours later.
Today, both confirmation numbers show up in husband's account; his above, with mine below it (labeled as "companion" to the left).
