1) How hard is it to note that I am allergic to down? I stay at a Ritz Carlton once and they remember for life. I can stay in a SPG hotel every week for 6 months and still have to remind them every time I check-in. CMON SON!!!!

2) They don't tell you if your room has had pets in it prior to your stay. I am highly allergic to animals.
