I am sorry to hear that. I don't ever recall getting more than a nod when re-entering the UK as a teenager. OK that was the 80's but my 13 yo son went to the UK for Spring Break two weeks ago and traveled alone, entering on a UK pp, and he didn't get any gyp either. It was coming back to the US that he was asked some inappropriate questions by CBP, but certainly no problems in the UK. What does your son experience on entering the UK?
