I know, I'm in contact with Starwood customer service about this as I think it's ridiculous for a Luxury Collection hotel (or for any hotel at that matter) to not offer any luggage storage for a few hours after check-out. The front desk cited "security reasons", but all the luggage is scanned at entry, so how can it be more dangerous stored than in the room?
