Just tried to look up a business award/upgrade on a SQ 77W flight (FRA-SIN) through the KVS Tool. It showed zero availability. Yet I also realized that the tool uses ANA, which zeroes out the availability on 388 and 77W from the very start.
So am I assuming right that you can not look up any award availability online/KVS/ANA, but have to call to check ? Which would also mean that there might be availability - which I just can't see ?
