I am on a dreaded long haul flight in Y, I can prereserve seats and won't have a chance to log in when online line check in opens due to a previous commitment. Assuing that the flight is full I need to get my seat assignment right. I can reserve an aisle bulk head seat, but in the middle section. I usually pre window seats but the window bulk head seats are either already assigned or blocked. Which is better, give up the bulk head seat and pre reserve a window seat, or stick to the bulk head seat. Any advice will be appreciated. It's been a long time since I flew a long haul in Y so I'm not up to date on the dos and don'ts. Thanks.
