Why do they hold back the bulkhead for all these random/family/disabled people? I prefer the bulkhead and think they are actually very good seats as you have no one to recline into you. They should go to Elites! I wish they'd hold back the last rows of Y for all these people who have no seat assignments.

Put the elderly, kids and their needy parents in the back where they are actually closest to the FAs. @:-)

I think NW held one side of bulkhead for handicapped pax and the other side for elites. Looks like DL holds both rows back.
