That's a good point about people who have already booked. They are changing the T&C's of the product after purchase.

What would be the response from EK if these people demanded their money back? They'd refer them to the T&C's saying they'd have to pay the cancellation fare no doubt.

Surely any already purchased fares should be exempt.
