Speaking of website issues, yesterday I attempted to book a RR2 award flight and got errored out when trying to finalize the purchase. Come back to account at 9pm last night to find the points were in fact taken out and attached to a confirmation number (I did not receive any confirmation email). Tried viewing the reservation with that confirmation and got an error. Spent over an hour on hold and then 30 minutes speaking with customer service. Apparently she had to call the IT help desk and have them resolve the situation as my points were "hung up" in the system.
What a joke.
