1. This would be a difficult list to compile as there are a lot of factors related to inclusions. For example, a property in Africa may sound extremely pricey until you realize it includes 3 full meals, top shelf alcohol, snacks, and 2 safaris each day. I suppose one could compare the base rates of hotels that typically include nothing but even that gets murky when you consider some properties are renting out hotel rooms while others are renting out villas. Dunno. Maybe someone else will have seen something like this but I don't think there's any way to make it accurate.
