Patti - thanks for the advice.

Question for you about requesting originally routing credit. To my knowledge this would only apply when re-routed on a non *A carrier and would only give you the miles for the route you were originally booked. So what I had assumed was that my original route was ZRH to PHL in fare class J (Envoy upgrade) so 4,010 miles @ 100%. The way I was re-routed ZRH to ORD in fare class C (I checked my booking on US.com and the re-routing showed up and had the fare class as C on the LX flight) would be 4,430 miles @ 150% so 6,645 - from a mileage standpoint I am better off with just taking credit for the LX flight right? I guess that I would miss out on the 100% CP bonus since its not offered on LX, but I am more concered with PQM than redeemable miles so the LX re-routing is still better for me.

Let me know if my logic makes sense.
