Buying forex at an airport is a BAD idea in principle! Wait until you get downtown where there is some competition or Google 'Forex Stockholm' for comparative rates. ATMs are also an alternative

BTW - you do know Arlanda is over 40km (25 miles) from downtown. That's a mighty expensive taxi ride. Arlanda Express train is good and fast and the bus is cheaper but also worthwhile
Yea we looked at the expense.. With four of us, the taxi will come out cheaper.
