I am travelling with my wife, really disappointed because I deliberately chose EK over other cheaper airlines to get this benefit. They should honor this benefit for people who bought ticket before the announcement.

I've sent a complain letter.

One thing for sure, they've lost my trust...so i will not use EK again for personal trip when cheaper ticket on other airlines available. And also start using other airlines for my Business trip (C Class)
