Due to its location. Only 15-20 min walking from most of the tourist sights in the city center. Bus no. 5A departs from across the street and only 5-10 min walking to the nearest metro station. Falconer has better public transportation (very convenient for the metro to/from the airport) but is further away from the center (too far for walking I think) - check the locations on a CPH map.

The rooms are the same, perhaps a little bigger/better at the Scandinavia. Rooms are getting worn; needs to renovated, but really not an issue if you consider the rate. I prefer the ambience at the Scandinavia.
