Seriously don't understand how you managed that.
All the cheap Issta direct bookings are group bookings.
They don't pass on the names to LY until a few days before the flight or very often a day or so before.
I have never managed to pre assign seats with them nor check in online and in.
I have a flight booked with them LHR-TLV in 5 days time and LY still cannot see my reservation so even as a PL they cannot do anything at the moment to assign seats, which is a real bugger as most of the middle rows (which is what I need as we are 2 adults and child) are gone...
To be honest I’m not looking forward to the flight since it’s a night flight in Y on a 767 (which was swapped from a 777 as I already mentioned in another thread) and so I would actually gladly volunteer to be bumped but I can’t even ask them about that now since they can’t even see me on the flight...
Issta have some fantastic fares, but there is a price to pay...
