I do not know the detail of the IB website. But, I can tell you that you can do OLCI on Iberia website with AA PNR.

I had AA codeshared-flight with IB fleet a few days ago, and I did OLCI on IB site successfully with AA PNR, but not able to modify it in advance that I had tried many times.
