Most CTC levels for high stay individuals are too high. What good is a big bonus, when you can't attain it? In fact, over the last 6 months, I've earned less from promos than the same periods in years past.

I've had 120 paid/award stays in the last 12 months, and so far have only cracked the survey latch. I don't think I'll crack any more.

Since IHG made such a big deal about Hilton's devaluation, it seems quite strange that they'd take this type of action. At least Hilton gave us notice.
